I woke up in this amazing mood today. I was motivated and I was getting things done. Now I'm tired and just want to go to sleep. Blech. I've still gotten all but one thing completed on my list today, but I think I'm just burnt out.

In other news, I've been hard at work with, well, work. Heh. Hours have been picking up at TCP due to back to school and whatnot. The library is steady and I've been working on the dance company's show and am almost finished.

This show has been a pretty awesome experience thus far. I had no idea where to start with a dance performance fitting. I was a bit overwhelmed and luckily the director is very easy going. I ended up spending $21.83 on the whole show (plus whatever I end up spending on elastic and thread for the shirt I'm making which will only be about $5 max). I had the girls bring in whatever they had that was what I was looking for. From there we combined what I purchased with what they had and I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. I'll post pictures after the show is over. : )

Which, btw, if you're reading this you should definitely come! It's $15 and it takes place at the Painted Bride in Philly at 9:30pm on Wednesday the 9th and Thursday the 10th. It'll be nice to just sleep when this is all over lol. I love what I'm doing, the running around, the lack of time for life and all that. I think its great. I like staying busy. I will be needing a break soon though. I'm giving myself a day to rest from costuming and then I'm going to get right back to work on Dana's dress. I hope to have that finished by the weekend of the 18th, but we'll see. She wants it for Halloween and there's no reason for me to not have it finished at the very latest by then. I see no reason that I can't have it finished before October though.

Yesterday was my friend 's bridal shower and bachelorette party. It was so nice seeing everyone again. I'm terrible with keeping in touch with people, I've come to that conclusion. Also, I'm terrible driving far with only a gps. I was 2 hours late for the shower. It was terrible. I felt horrible and just kinda sat next to another friend and stayed there until it was over because I felt so awkward about being there so late. And I missed the food that was probably delicious, but I made it in time for sangria and cake! : P I'm going to make sure that I get proper directions for the wedding so that I'm not late for that. Plus, I'm going to leave like an extra hour early in case I do anyway.

Oh well. I'll update more later, I've gotta get back to work.
